2. Tailored recruitment plan
After collecting required data, we proceed with a tailor-made recruiting plan. With various channels & our rich database of job seekers and talented candidates, we will screen candidates, filter them on basis of said job requirement & specification. Screening of candidates will result to a good pool of suitable candidates for the next process.
3. Shortlisting & Interviewing
Swiftly profile sharing & start with interviews to ladder up in shortlisting process. Bridging the gap in complete interview process, doing coordination & follow ups. We work closely to help in selecting the most suitable candidate.
4. Pre & Post Joining follow ups
We will be helping hand to you, will help with the final job offer, handling negotiations, and safeguarding the signed offer letter from the candidate. We will do an ongoing follow-up process, where we work with you and the candidate to ensure that the joining of candidate add strength & values to company.
